1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped on the same day (except Sundays and public holidays).

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you after 7 PM on working days via SMS/email.

5. Delays in Delivery
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unexpected situations. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Pickup Option (Mumbai)
We also offer a self-pickup option from Mumbai. You can choose this option at checkout and collect your order directly.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately for assistance.
